New Team Members

Chloe working in our landscape sales division; Georgie will be helping with facilities maintenance, Mike will be joining Jim in the shop as an additional Tech and Billy will be behind the wheel of our trucks as a new addition to our trucking staff hauling landscape supplies. We are excited to have them all on board!
Exciting Upcoming Events
Smith’s upcoming Truck Show, Truckin’for a Cause will take place on Saturday, August 22nd from 10 am – 4 pm. This year we will be dedicating our efforts to raising awareness and support for CACNA-related disorders. We are teaming up with Team Gabby to help fund research and support families navigating the challenges of this rare genetic condition. Smith and Sons’ primary passion lies in crafting top-notch landscaping products, including our highly sought-after premium mulch and organic screened loam. Processed in house, these much-loved products are described below:
Smith Forest Organic Pine Bark Mulch
– Sourced from Spruce, Fir, and White Pine bark, this organic mulch is ground on-site. It is 100% pure Pine Bark mulch, featuring a natural brown color and a delightful, fresh pine aroma.
Smith All-Natural Hemlock Mulch
– This mulch consists of 100% pure, organic Hemlock Bark, showcasing a beautiful mahogany hue. Hemlock adds a classic touch to your home, accompanied by a charming, woodsy fragrance.
Smith Ebony Black Mulch
– Our darkest mulch option, Smith Ebony Black, is color-enhanced and blended with natural wood fibers and bark. It provides an appealing contrast to any garden space.
Smith Playground Mulch

Smith Premium Woodchips

– Kioti has just announced the expansion of the CS30 Series with the addition of two new ROPS models: the CS2230 and CS2530 as well as the official launch of the new CK40 series tractors.

Green Waste Recycling
Our complete wood waste recycling facility is open to contractors and homeowners. We accept brush, logs, chunk wood, stumps, grass, leaves, and woodchips. We do not accept any demolition debris, concrete, pallets, or trash – only natural wood waste. We process everything that comes in by grinding, seasoning, and color enhancing. Nothing is wasted; stumps are sheared, cleaned, and ground. Remaining wood chips and grindings are made into our premium mulch products. Call or stop by for current disposal pricing.
Spring Rental Fleet
Smith and Sons is South Shore’s one-stop shop for all Landscape Equipment Rentals. Our assortment of newly maintained and serviced rental equipment such as Compost Spreaders, Core Aerators, Slice Seeders, Plate Compactors, UTL’s and CCE’s is available to rent on a daily or weekly basis. Our delivery and pick up options add to the feasibility of not having to rent a truck or trailer to transport.
