Exterior
The Kioti TL750 is a compact track loader engineered for heavy-duty performance, featuring a rugged exterior design that prioritizes visibility and durability.
Here is an overview of the key exterior features:
1. Vertical Lift Geometry
Unlike radial lift machines, the TL750 utilizes a vertical lift path. This design keeps the load closer to the machine during the lift cycle and provides a higher hinge pin height (approx. 126 inches), making it ideal for loading high-side trucks and stacking pallets in tight quarters.
2. Operator Cab and Visibility
- Roll-Up Front Door: A signature feature is the overhead sliding front door. This allows you to operate the machine with the door open or closed without the door swinging out into the work zone.
- Expansive Glass: The cab is designed with large glass panels and a standard rearview camera, providing a near-360-degree view of the job site.
- LED Lighting: High-intensity LED front and rear work lights come standard, ensuring clear visibility during early morning or late evening operations.
3. Undercarriage and Tracks
- Wide Track Stance: The machine sits on a wide, stable undercarriage designed to minimize ground pressure and maximize flotation in muddy or sandy conditions.
- High Ground Clearance: With roughly 10 inches of ground clearance, the TL750 can navigate uneven terrain and debris without “hanging up” the belly pan.
4. Serviceability and Rear Design
- Swing-Out Rear Door: The heavy-duty steel rear door swings out to provide easy access to the engine oil fill, air filter, and battery.
- Tilt-Up Cab: For more intensive maintenance, the entire cab can be tilted upward, providing clear access to the hydraulic pumps and drivetrain components.
5. Attachment Interface
- Standard Quick Attach: The front features a universal skid-steer style quick-attach system, compatible with a massive range of buckets, forks, and grapples.
- Hydraulic Couplers: Standard auxiliary hydraulics are protected within the loader arm frame to prevent damage from falling debris or brush.
Interior
The interior of the Kioti TL750 is designed to bridge the gap between a rugged workhorse and a premium automotive experience, focusing on high-back comfort and intuitive digital controls.
Here is an overview of the key interior features:
1. The “Sliding” Experience
The standout feature of the TL750 interior is the overhead sliding front door. Unlike traditional swing-out doors, this roll-up design:
- Allows you to enter and exit the cab regardless of the loader arm position.
- Enables communication with coworkers on the ground without leaving the seat.
- Prevents the door from being damaged by nearby obstacles or equipment.
2. Advanced Control Layout
- Pilot Joystick Controls: The machine utilizes electro-hydraulic (EH) joysticks that are ISO-patterned. These are mounted to the seat, so they move with the operator, reducing fatigue on bumpy terrain.
- Adjustable Sensitivity: Through the monitor, operators can often customize the “softness” or “aggressiveness” of the drive and lift response to match their skill level or the specific task.
3. Digital Command Center
The cab features a LCD Digital Display (typically 5.7 inches) located in the upper corner for easy viewing. This screen provides:
- Rearview Camera Feed: Automatically engages when in reverse (or can be toggled to stay on) to eliminate blind spots.
- Machine Diagnostics: Real-time data on engine temperature, fuel levels, hydraulic pressure, and service hour tracking.
4. Operator Comfort & Environment
- Suspension Seating: A high-back, fully adjustable suspension seat is standard. It is designed to dampen the vibration inherent in track machines.
- Climate Control: The cab is fully pressurized to keep out dust and debris. The HVAC system features high-output vents positioned to defrost the glass quickly and keep the operator comfortable in extreme heat or cold.
- Space & Storage: The cab is noticeably wider than many competitors, providing extra shoulder room and space for small items like phones or water bottles.
5. Safety and Visibility
- ROPS/FOPS Level 1: The interior frame is certified for rollover and falling object protection.
- Foot Room: The “cab-forward” design pushes the floor pan further out, giving taller operators plenty of legroom compared to more cramped radial-lift models.
- Emergency Exit: Beyond the front door, the rear window serves as a secondary emergency exit.
