Smith & Sons offers a “Complete Top Dressing Special” to help homeowners revitalize their lawns after a stressful summer. Our package is designed to be a complete solution for fall lawn care, which is the ideal time for this work because the soil is still warm and the air is cool, which promotes germination and new growth.

The package includes:

  1. Aerator and Compost Spreader Rentals
  2. Premium Super Peat Compost
  1. Premium Smith Grass Seed
  2. Fertilizer and lime

All items are delivered directly to the customer’s home.

Here are the four steps to our program:

  1. Aerating improves the soil and allows roots to grow deeper.
  2. Over-Seeding fills in thin areas.
  3. Top Dressing with compost enhances soil and helps fight off weeds and insects.
