Massachusetts Short-Term Rental Permit: Required for rental of Utility Track Loaders, Compact Tractor and Skid Steers UNLESS the operator possesses a valid hoisting license. In such cases, a copy of the license must be submitted at the time of rental.

Fuel Usage
Gas: The Renter is required to return the rental equipment with a full tank of clean, new gas; otherwise, a flat refill charge of $20 will be applied to the credit card on file.
Diesel: The Renter is accountable for fuel used during rental. The Renter can return the unit full, or they will be billed for fuel used at fair market value. ***Please note that we do not inflate fuel costs.***
